Terms of Use
Service scope
Giflumo provides single-GIF compression and resizing, local MP4 clip conversion, and JPG/PNG image-sequence creation. The current service has no accounts, public media hosting or subscriptions.
Rights to your material
Use files you own, are authorized to use, or may otherwise lawfully process. Creating a GIF does not grant commercial, distribution or other rights to third-party media. Check applicable permissions and attribution requirements.
Review and save your output
Processing may fail because of format, memory or browser compatibility. Compression does not guarantee a target size. Check the picture, dimensions, timing and loop behavior after downloading, and keep source files and backups. A browser page is not long-term storage.
Responsible use
Do not use the site to infringe rights, distribute malicious content or interfere with the service. Tools and compatibility may change with maintenance. See Privacy for data handling. Updated October 23, 2026.
